About steel sheet and roll steel
Stainless steels can be offered in two units of steel sheet as well as steel sheet or roll steel in different grades. Steel rolls and steel sheets can be produced in different types in terms of thickness, dimensions and grade. Steel coils are also widely used in all industries, each with its own unique characteristics. Roll steel has high ductility compared to high thickness sheets.
A steel sheet is a unit of steel that is formed into a relatively flat plate or sheet. Steel sheet made of iron and tin alloy is available in both flat and coil types. Steel rolls and stainless steel sheets with different percentages of chromium, nickel and manganese can be produced according to international standards. And due to the presence of chromium, nickel and manganese, they become stainless or steel.
Steel sheet grades
Steel sheets are available in grades 202, 304, 316, 321, 310, 410, 420, 416. Sheet steel standards are ASTM A240, JIS4304-2005, ASTM A167, EN10088-2-2005, GB / T3280-2007, etc. In terms of thickness, they are 0.01 to 200mm.
Roll steel grades – steel coil
Roll steel are available in grades 202, 304, 316, 321, 310, 410, 420, 416. The standards of roll steel are ASTM A240, JIS4304-2005, ASTM A167, EN10088-2-2005, GB / T3280-2007, etc. The thickness of the rolls is 0.3 to 10.0 mm.
The most widely used grades in Iran are 420, 410, 304, 316.
